On the hair thread you said your a hair stylist sooooooo.... I guess I get to be the first to bombard you with "hair" questions. If I dye my hair every month or every other month would it kill my hair? I am going from blond to redso no peroxide is involved.

As long as you're not using a permanent color with ammonia or 'lifting' developer you should be fine. If your using box color it usually says no ammonia on the box. It's the ammonia that does the damage.
